This tutorial will guide you step by step to configure your Email Accounts. To begin with, you must create an Email Account. You must enter to your Control Panel, placing in the navigation bar /cpanel after your site's URL, as the following example:

www.my-web-site.com/cpanel

You will need the following information:

Username: (place your username)
Password: (place your password)

NOTE: if you don't know this information, please ask your Hosting Provider.

Once there, you must press the Mail button and in the next screen press the option: Manage / Add / Remove Accounts. Upon entering, you can choose the name of your email account and password. Once created, you can now use it, by following the steps listed below.

 Through the Webmail you can check your emails at any location.

You must enter to your Webmail Manager, placing in the navigation bar /webmail after your site's URL, as the following example:

www.my-web-site.com/webmail

You will need the following information:

Username: (place your username)
Password: (place your password)

NOTE: if you don't know this information, please ask your Hosting Provider.

You will enter in your Webmail Manager. You will see a screen like the following (See Figure)

Choose the desired email program (Horde is the best). Then choose your language. When you press the Login Button you will enter to your webmail. (See Figure)

NOTE: if you check your webmail on public machines, don´t forget to close session before you leave.

These are the instructions to configure your email account in Microsoft Outlook. Enter Microsoft Outlook and go to the following menu ...

Tools > Email Accounts > Add a New Account >

Then you will be asked for some data (IMAP, HTTP, etc.). Please select POP3

Then you must fill in the form with the following information:

Name: (place your name)
Email Address: (place your email)

POP3: mail.my-web-site.com (replace as appropriate)
SMTP: mail.my-web-site.com (replace as appropriate)

Username: (place the email account created on Cpanel)
Password: (place the password created on Cpanel)
