This rules apply for each person who uses our services, regarding both Web Design or Hosting Services on Craion.com. The use of the services with or without contractual agreement, confirms the following rules:

Craion.com ´s services must be used only under legal porpouses. You are solely responsible for the contents of your actions through any web-site. You must ensure that your participation downloading or uploading content to the different sites does not violate any applicable law or regulation.

It is very common nowadays to use Templates or Scripts to create sites. Craion.com is involved on that tendency too and that is why we use such resources. Since you buy any of our services you understand that your site will be made using a Template or Script and if you want a different site, you will have to ask us for the difference. In that case, we choose whether to do the job or not. Examples of most common Scripts are: Oscommerce, Joomla, PhpBB, PHPNUKE, etc.

Craion.com does not allow band thechnics of promotion and is against Spam and other means of mailing procedures against Internet Comunity.

Craion.com is not responsible for any damages to any client's business. Craion.com makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services that we provide. Use of Craion.com´s hosting and email service is at the client's sole risk. Our services are provided on an "as is, as available" basis.

You will have 7 days to submit payment by any of the authorized means (for example Paypal). If we do not receive payment 7 days after the date of renovation, the site will be suspended, being unsuspended right away, once payment is confirmed. If payment is not received after 15 days, it corresponds the definitive suspension, with the elimination of all the information hosted in the server. We are not responsible for the costs of this loss.

This conditions are applied for those clients who ask for a Virtual Store:

• The cost of the store is for the functionalities that the system has by defect;
• We do not publish items nor upload articles. All the products must be loaded by the client;
• The different options of configuration must be completed by the client (for example: name, direction, etc.);
• Modules, additional components or designs installed by the client are not supported;

Note: we are not responsible for changes in the functionalities of the Designs / Programs by defect made by the client, and those changes will not be taken into account. We do not make personal sites.

These conditions are applied for those clients who ask for a Institutional / Company Site:

• The cost of the site is for the functionalities that the system has by defect;
• We do not publish item nor upload articles. All the items must be loaded by the client;
• The different options of configuration must be completed by the client (for example: name, direction, etc.);
• Modules, additional components or designs installed by the client are not supported;

Note: we are not responsible for changes in the functionalities of the Designs / Programs by defect made by the client, and those changes will not be taken into account. We do not make personal sites.

We do not make under any point of view the following tasks:

• Programming functionalities, neither customized programs or scripts, nor new original designs;
• Alteration of Designs / Programs by defect, except the necessary for its normal operation and those programs that are already used by us;
• Alteration of Designs / Programs by defect so that they act differently from its normal use;
• Search Engines Submissions (*);
• Free updates of the client´s site incorporating great amount of material without payment;

Craion.com do not ship the designed sites. They are stored on the server and the client can get them at any part of the world. On the other hand the client can download its entire site and all the files he consider suitable. In case he asks for the original files, codes or materials whereupon the sites were made, we will send them by email to the address indicated by him.

Craion.com reserves the right to revise it policies at any time and to terminate service at any time. If an account is terminated for a policy violation there will be no refund. Customers can cancel service at any time. Since you buy or use one of our services you accept our Terms and Conditions of Use and its modifications and updates.
